We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Specialist to join our team in Gahanna and Westerville/New Albany.

Our company has multiple upscale luxury communities throughout Gahanna, Westerville/New Albany, Downtown Discovery District and Short North areas. Growth opportunities available for talented team players who want to learn and succeed in the industry.

• Full Time or Part Time positions available. Hourly , Commission.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience in following industries required: Residential Leasing (preferred); Real Estate or Upscale Hotel Front Desk.
• Computer Savvy: Google Drive; Microsoft Word, Basic Excel, DocuSign and the ability to learn our property management software program.
• Stunning customer service skills in order to provide stellar experience to tenants and prospective tenants.
• Extremely sales driven attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Organized and efficient in time management.

Key Responsibilities

The core of all the below responsibilities is to be able to sign new leases and maintain current tenants’ satisfaction by them renewing.

· Sales Goals: Achieve your weekly goals report by conducting live tours, call backs and tenant retention.

· Communication: Professionally answer phones/emails, set up appointments, tour prospects, answer resident questions and follow up phone calls after tours.

· Process Applications: review application; gather supplemental documents; set up applicant in software program; run credit and background check; submit rental verification and get final approval from Property Manager.

· Leases: Prepare and explain leases with the utmost detail.

· Walk Thrus: Conduct move in and move out unit walkthroughs with tenant. Access damages and repairs.

· Unit Turns: Schedule with outside vendors and maintenance team to prepare unit for the next move in a very timely manner. Do post turn walk through to make sure unit is impeccable for the new tenant.

· Work Orders: Process tenants requests through the software program and coordinate with maintenance team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
